As an art educator, I will create a space/atmosphere where students are allowed to create artwork that expresses their true feelings without judgement or fear. I will always encourage them to take risks and praise them for success but also for failures. I believe that each student has something to say, and being able to create art, is a way for them to display their talents as well as their artistic voice. My ideal world is a place where every student feels safe and confident with what they are sharing and creating.
